Juliana Medina is the CEO and co-founder of Impulse Travel, a Colombian DMC that designs immersive travel experiences connecting visitors with local changemakers, artists, and communities. With a background in finance and international business, Juliana began her journey as a tour guide, later becoming an experience designer and entrepreneur.
Her work has been recognized by the UNWTO and Booking.com for its contributions to peacebuilding and responsible tourism. Under her leadership, Impulse Travel has become a certified B Corporation, using tourism as a force for good and meeting the highest standards of social and environmental impact. Juliana is passionate about transforming travel into a powerful tool for connection, learning, and social change.
