Katrin Erben started her career at the Austrian National Tourist Office in 2016. Since 2022, she is in the position as sustainability expert in the innovation department and has been the main contact person for the Austrian tourism industry for issues related to sustainability, ESG and corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, she is responsible for the conception and implementation of sector-wide or cross-sector innovation projects with sustainability relevance.
