Oscar is an experienced mountaineer from Stockholm, Sweden, and has been living in Stranda, Norway for a decade. Oscar came to Stranda in 2009 and immediately saw the area’s potential, and started Uteguiden as a one-person business. Uteguiden has since grown as a leading adventure company on the Norwegian west coast offering a broad range of adventures. Uteguiden won Visit Norway’s travel award in 2018 and was nominated for the Grand Travel Awards “Best outdoor adventure company in Norway” 2022.
